I could only imagine the pain he must be suffering - the horror of it all.<BR/><BR/>This poem sums it up wonderfully. <BR/><BR/>It urges me to always try to be kind, discrete, thoughtful and respectful of all of our patients. <BR/><BR/>This was personally eye opening, Frank.
