J...There's nothing wrong with skimming a 'classic'. Just so you don't look completely clueless at a party with not enough females and too many bookworms. But skipping <I>The Grand Inquisitor</I> seems like a terrible thing to have done, never mind admitting to it. One of his friends should send Bryan a copy. And they should tell him not to skim it.
