Bush, Blair and Juvenal ..

... If Bush is a turbot, what is Blair? I have actually advanced the highly heretical notion that the nearest thing to Juvenal these days is Ann Coulter. She's no poet, of course, but her perspective, like Juvenal's, is conservative and she is every bit as acerbic and over-the-top as he can be. Of course her targets consider her an extremist and unfair. Well, she is unfair - that's the name of the satire game, though, isn't it?
