And yet we, as part of our reason for being, have been blessed with the inextinguishable need to find more perfect utterances as expressions of (and testaments to) His existence. How else can you explain so many different religious impulses and so much exquisite art and literature throughout the history of mankind. The utterances are essential to our spiritual evolution and our ultimate return to the Word.
