Wonderful, Frank! You think we all live like that? Trying to attach significance to what we do? I have not been like that a good chunk of my life, but today, I think I do watch what I do as though it is all pat of some running narrative. You think it's got to do something with interest in books? Also, for me, there were areas I landed in, insecure areas, that I dont want to land in again, so I watch my step. It's safer but it is less spontaneous.
One more thing. I also realise as I go along that I have more and more interest in the simpler things. Things that can rest on my mind swimmingly. Without much effort.
