I sit here thinking how satisfying it would be to write a Microsoft Word virus that would cause a file to delete itself upon encountering the string "meta" in any but narrowly limited contexts. "Metaphysics", ok; "metamorphosis", ok; "meta" as adjective or adverb, the file vanishes; "meta-nonfiction", Word uninstalls itself.
