Latin is far less a moving target than English, yet here and there writers are at work coining neologisms. I remember (maybe inaccurately) from Radio Finland's Nuntii Latini such terms as "missiles uranii pauperati" (depleted uranium rounds) and "retus informaticus, vulge 'internet'".
