Reporting on Kenney’s preposterous response, Breitbart made this amusing observation: “Kenney, a Catholic, received his bachelor’s degree from La Salle University, and it remains unclear where his religious expertise concerning Islam derives from.”

So unclear, in fact, that we may safely conclude that he is just lying, just retailing the tired rejoinder that all spineless politicians emit when jihadists murder people: “It has nothing to do with Islam.” Edward Archer thought it did.
