I guess there's plenty of low-cost housing in Democratic-run enclaves such as San Francisco and Portland.
Even if there isn't (sufficient) low-cost housing in the areas you mention, this doesn't necessarily make it a bad idea. Why not offer a genuine argument rather than an insult like 'moron'?
