and George Washington[‘s portrayer] speaks!

I would urge you and your readers to get a copy of George Washington’s Farewell Address and read it. In that Farewell Address, George Washington, with an almost eerily visionary eye, gives we Americans, future generations, his own generation and future generations, a list of suggestions and a list of warnings. Warnings of which we as a people, have without exception ignored every one. I think he would be a little heartbroken, and a little upset. If you go to the address, you’ll feel like you’re reading about events of today, like the ink is still wet.
