I don't know what set him off, but this must be throwback Thursday. That's Antifa talking to the fascists of WWII. When Antifa was around, they fought the fascism of both the Nazis and the Stalinists.
With just the soundbite, we do not know precisely what happened that set him off, or why he showed up, what his initial conversation would have been to the topic. But his reference to a mute button immediately reminded me of Reagan in that 1980 debate where he said, "I am paying for this microphone".
