Maxine weighs in ...

... Asking the tough questions.

Very worth reading. On a less depressing note, check out Alternative histories website.

  1. How many internet subscribers does a newspaper need, at $4/month/subscriber, before they quit whining about their fate?

And if they can't get that many, isn't it the content that's the problem? If what they're offering isn't worth $4/month/subscriber then aren't they kidding themselves about what they're doing?

Newspapers are dying because they've turned into propaganda organs. Not news providers, pimps!

And all the while the registered bright guys whine about how the public's not buying. hehehehe ...

One more time. Charge people $4/month to have access to an online copy of the complete newspaper. If people don't subscribe to the current content, quit pimping and start acting like real news providers. Watch things change.
