A flourish of trumpets ...

... and a roll of drums, please. Announcing the first annual festival of women's poetry.

Including Women Poets from Around the World

... which in turn includes Women Poets from Canada.

... wherein appears Our Gal Judith.

The fest was created by Wom-Po.

  1. Awww . . . This page happened because of a fresh new face on the poetic scene by the name of Louisa who is, understandably, kind of shy (so, nope, we don't pry).

But, we do thank you, Frank (er, at least, I do); maybe Louisa's now fuming @ you for all I know :)).

    Me/mo: Stop speaking for others!

Erm . . . read any good books lately? LOL. Where's Bernadette when I need her? And, while I'm at it, I really do miss Satch/mo, don't you?

  3. Good news! Louisa took the time and effort to add the poet, Gwendolyn MacEwen, my dear friend I still miss who, IMO, is the finest poet of her generation, hands down and heads up, to the CANADA section! If only one poet makes her mark in The Book of Eternity, ISTM Gwen's the one it's gonna be.

Thank you, Louisa. Now, all is right with the world of CanPo, IMO.
