Most interesting ...

... When Heroin was Legal.

I have never understood why a person should be forbidden to put into his body whatever he chooses -- and pay the consequences if things go awry. In other words, if you knowingly drink and drive and hurt someone, the drink should not mitigate the nature of the crime.
