The enlightened palate ...

I stopped into De Bruno's this morning on my way home from Mass, and among the things I bought was some Fiore Sardo. It was Ian who introduced me to this cheese and both Debbie and I - and our dinner guests -- have come to love it. I either did not know or had forgotten that Di Bruno's has a blog but I will now keep an eye on it.
Speaking of Ian, I see that my friend Madame Fromage has done a profile of him: Cheesemonger Profile: Ian Peacock, complete with a shot of his Fiore Sardo tattoo.
