Regulating society? Sorry, Jeff, It's one thing, as Melissa Lecker says, to punish offenders. It's another to "regulate society." Most of us don't want to live in a "regulated" society. We would prefer to live in a free one. The heart of Gold beats to the tune of tyranny.
