Very interesting. I have bookmarked it. The problem described, however, applies across the board on numerous tech advances and has over many years. After I read more of this journalist's articles, I will know if she ever addresses the philosophical question: do we use these advances because they are good or useful to mankind, or do we use them because they are profitable. And please don't tell me they can be both. I already know that. lol
