Hmm …


… The 'New' Old Age Is No Way to Live - WSJ.com. (Hat tip, Julie Chovanes, who notes this, from the comments: "So this guy writes all about how accomplishing new stuff (such as 'writing a novel' and learning french) is not how he wants to spend his golden years, yet he's publishing articles in the WSJ and has a novel coming out in November???")

I always keep in mind what Henry Miller said: "Happiness consists mostly in finding a more less pleasant of passing the time." And also something Noël Coward said: "Work is more fun than fun."Of course, anything that holds your attention tends to make you oblivious to time's passing — until you pause and notice how much of it has passed.
