Hmm …

… Why It's Good To Be Wrong - Issue 2: Uncertainty - Nautilus. (Hat tip, Dave Lull.)

I'm sure it's good to know that there are limits to knowledge. But It remains unclear to me how that translates into "it's good to be wrong." It's also good to know what you're talking about. Every Catholic knows – or should know – that Papal infallibility is very restricted and has no bearing whatever on something like gravity. Gravity has nothing to do with faith or morals as understood within the context of sacred scripture, sacred tradition, and the sacred magisterium, which form the context within which the pope exercises his authority ex cathedra.
