I guess I do not fully understand that metaphor that we're using. My Swiss-cheese mind ain't what it used to be. As for looking forward, I should amend that and say instead, "I'm taking one day at a time, and I make no promises beyond that commitment to myself." And, for what it is worth (which is a lot), I extend a heartfelt thanks to you (as well as Scott and Marly). You've shone a friendly, compassionate light on my chosen pathway.
