Allow me to pick a nit. I live around the corner from Pat's and Geno's. I don't buy cheesesteaks at either of them — I don't like to stand in line. And when I do buy a cheesesteak, like a true aficionado, I always order a provolone cheesesteak. I have never had a cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz.
