I'll stick with a mix myself — lots of fruits, veggies, meat of course, and cheese. I tend to go easy on the bread and pasta, though.

    Eat fat to lose weight...while also increasing your risk for various inflammatory diseases and certain forms of cancer. Humans are omnivores, best off eating a little of this and a little of that, with the emphasis on "little". There is no magic category of food that will guarantee good health.
