The COVID-19 crisis was just what Tom Wolf was waiting for — the chance to indulge his inner tyrant. And he’s even managed to kill a lot of people. What a despicable putz. Of course, I doubt if you’ll read anything about this in The Inquirer. But I could be wrong.
