Good for them …

… Epic! Twitter Competitor Gab Backed Up Trump's Twitter Account and Recreated It on Their Platform.
I deactivated my Twitter account yesterday (I hardly used it, except from time to time  to tell assorted politicians to go stuff it). Of course, the servile true believers will object to what Gab has done. They also won't be celebrating World Logic Day. So don't try persuading them.

Oh, I forgot. Gab is a free speech advocate.

    1. That isn't free speech, if shouted in a crowded theater. The uncle of my sixth grade teacher explained that long ago. Of course, drawing distinctions can be hard.

    2. There are worse vocalizations you could make in a theatre, such as those involved with terrorist planning, whether it be overtaking the Capitol or flying planes into NYC skyscrapers. If Facebook were my theatre, I would not allow these enemies of the state in any longer, lest they to do any more planning, nor would I trust them not to yell "fire".

    3. I was referring to an opinion that Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. wrote.

Snark serves no useful purpose here.

As to distinctions, I do not tolerate all forms of free speech in my own home. Just ask my 18-year-old grandson.

  2. This is a myth written by my father Tod Knox. There was a bird. The bird was hesitant to migrate south for the winter. He migrated too late. He crash landed due to Hypothermia. He was unconscious for 12 hours. A dog came and shit on him. When he woke up he realized that he was stuck. A cat came and dug him out of the dog shit. The cat ate him. What is the moral of the story? Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. Don't get your hopes up about Gab Frank.
