In January, R. Christopher Barden, an internationally known lawyer and psychologist, wrote a 136-page expert report that concluded that because of Pennsylvania’s pervasive “culture of corruption,” Sandusky might well be the “victim of one of the most improper, corrupt, falsely investigated and improperly, negligently tried cases in U.S. history.”
