'Have you ever met anyone who believes what Richard Dawkins does not believe in?'
I have on occasion pointed out that, while I believe in God, I don't believe in the one that Richard Dawkins doesn't believe in. (Dawkins's book is about God, not specific dogmas derived from what is taken to be Revelation - so references to the divinity of Jesus and the like are beside the point.) Nor do I believe in the God of the Intelligent Design theorists. God is creator, not artificer.
