Guelph's Seth (a.k.a. Gregory Gallant), looks to be the latest target in an art-heist here in the land of sleet, snow, rain, hail, sun, and rainbows (all in the same hour): Seems the "wrap-around magazine cover of bespoke hoggoblins [sic, unless this constitutes an inspired punacious turn on Toronto's 'nym, HogTown] floating over old City Hall by graphic artist Seth disappeared last Thursday after the office was closed."
