... `Great Pride in His Appetite'. (Hat tip, Dave Lull.)
I much appreciate Patrick's approving reference to a recent post of mine. (I also started my morning with some wondrous Delice de Bourgogne spread over some crusty Tuscan bread and topped with a bit of homemade blueberry jam that I brought back from Tunkhannock. Pure heaven.)
Ha! That's because you've never experienced John Donlan's wife's strawberry jam. I'm going to make sure he sends me two so I can send one on to you, Frank. You'll prolly end up in Vancouver howling for more from Miriam's magnificent jamstore. (I ain't foolin' ya.)
ReplyDeleteBring it on, Judith. I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteDone! Signed, sealed, and soon-to-be delivered; just put in my order and, it may take a week or two; but, someday, some sweet strawberry morning, I shall hear you shouting "Hallelujam!" from Philly to here, no question about it. And? You'll have to find this comment and admit that Miriam makes the best homemade jam in the world :). Ooooh . . . I can barely stand the suspense, LOL.
