In The Globe and Mail's BOOKS Today . . .

. . . a veritable feast from west to east (including a fresh look at Montaigne's Essays, the Tattle-Tale-Tell-All from Julie Couillard, and yet another interview with that allegedly original "spy-guy," John Le Carré).

Also, Elizabeth Renzetti at her best, proves writers aren't crazy, scribes are simply nuts (and, it's because juries — from the Man Booker to the Giller — are either agenda-driven or just plain bonkers, a point I've made many times before [and more :)]).
