Run — don't walk — run for cover from this collection of covers. You won't believe your ears (let alone your eyes gandering at the pic "gracing" the cover of James Taylor's Covers. Please forgive me for bringing this to you in all its ugliosity). Personally, soap ain't gonna do it; I've got to get some IPA to disinfect my ears. He goes flat on the word "river" and he never rights the melody; and, WTH is it with that violin (besides a bloody cardinal sin?).

What wasn't he thinking? And, the tunes he's ostensibly covering, most of 'em, he's butchering, from Glen Campbell to George Jones to Elvis Presley (???) to The Rolling Stones . . .
