LA Plans Grand 2010 Arts Festival . . .

Book now for then: Los Angeles will stage a city-wide cultural festival involving museums, theatres, and movies to coincide with its Opera's plans to stage the ambitious four-opera Ring Cycle by Richard Wagner. (Not my fave; but, may be the best-in-the-west for others. All that brash 'n' clash gives me migraine. Subtlety just wasn't part of his instrumental lexicon nor musical vocabulary, ISTM.)
