Who says ...

... there isn't good news? The New York Times warns us: bad days ahead for La Boheme.

For long-time residents, the return to pre-boom rents may be a blessing. But it also poses a rattling question of identity: What happens to bourgeois bohemia when the bourgeois part drops out?
Who the hell cares? I moved to my neighborhood because it was like the working-class neighborhood I was born into. I wasn't expecting it to be boutiqued - and didn't want it to be.
