  1. This is exactly what I've been talking about. If Booksurge, Lulu, iUniverse, etc., can do it, then why can't Riverhead, Atria, McSweeney's, Chronicle, etc., and other notable imprints?

    They'd be able to take chances on more new authors, with less overhead. Break tradition, people. Go POD. You've accepted in Internet, finally. You'll accept submissions from agents via e-mail. Go the next step! Embrace technology further! It won't hurt you, really!
