Well, Frank, what is your assessment of how this will affect the blogosphere and online reviewers? I doubt that the FTC has the enforcement resources, but one never knows about the federal government. So, what do you think? Is it time for all of us to throw in the towel?
(Postscript: By the way, this is the same federal government that is being led by the new Nobel Peace Prize winner. I offer that without further comment.)
I intend to go on as I always have. I think everyone should ignore the FTC. If nobody obeys the directive - and it is hard to imagine this one surviving a court challenge (if only because it amounts to the FTC making laws)- what are they going to do? Arrest everybody?
