I don't know ...

... it looks like a factory to me: Tate Modern: a symbol of Britain as it would like to be. (Hat tip, Dave Lull.)

But then, I've never been there, either.

    Not a factory, a former power station that was given a complete refurb. As a power station it's quite striking. As an art gallery? Maybe the same...
