I live in a neighborhood, one going to the dogs — literally, as it becomes more and more gentrified. But, as Bryan notes regarding Dumbo, there are neighborhoods and then there are neighborhoods. You don't see any of the city-snobs rushing to live in Detroit, and there are neighborhood here in Philly they wouldn't dare visit in broad daylight.
