Listen in …

… Episode 168 – Harry Katz | Virtual Memories.

"What connected Levine and Herblock was the fire in the belly, the outrage against people who try to impose their power over the powerless, who try to disenfranchise people, who try to manipulate the laws for personal gain or prestige.”

  1. Well and good, I guess, but Herblock was among the Washington institutions (including also the Redskins) that I just never got. He struck me as being close captioning for the reading-averse: one was never in doubt what he thought of a matter, but it is hard to think of a political cartoonist who showed less imagination.
