It matters very little to me who makes what movies. But isn't an all-woman Ocean's 11 or all-woman Ghost Busters a bit like an all-female Dogs Playing Poker?
As I meant to say, not so much in taking over ground that belonged to one particular version of masculinity, but in taking over something hardly worth the effort.

DeleteI could not agree more, and the box-office results for the distaff Ghostbusters indicates many others agree as well.
