Assume that we read the post this morning, when there were thirty days left in August. Then the schedule would call for one book every one and two-thirds days: every forty-two hours for the perfect insomniac, call it every twenty-five for the reader who gives eight hours to sleep and one to food and hygiene. I fear I will not make it through them.
