The pandemic effectively killed the Novus Ordo Latin Mass, as far as the Archdiocese of Washington goes. (I believe that one can drive out to the lower Patuxent on a Saturday morning and hear one.) The Tridentine Rite was always ahead, and if diminished carries on. When we were in Rome last fall, I attended Mass at Santa Trinita dei Pellegrini, which like all Masses said there, was in the Tridentine Rite. One can walk from this church to the Vatican in something less than half an hour.
