... well, there's really only one: my review of pianist Byron Janis's memoir: 'Chopin and Beyond': A piano virtuoso's memoir offers a bit of the eerie.

  1. Fascinating! I look forward to reading this book eventually. Janis is a very interesting person, indeed.

    Chopin was my mother's favorite composer. She was a pianist and teacher, and I have many memories of her playing Chopin at home, the music filling the house. I still play some of the Preludes myself, which she taught me to love.
