It's a form of publishing. You could be held liable.
ReplyDeleteThat is not true. Does Twitter have the right to regulate it's speech? The answer is yes if it is a publication. The answer is no if it is a public forum. Twitter advertises as a public forum. This means that it's users are protected under the first amendment.
