I saw this list somewhere earlier today (GOB, I think, as he was disappointed not to be on it), and am intrigued by the crime fiction one: "hackoff.com: an historic murder mystery set in the Internet bubble and rubble" by Tom Evslin. It isn't on UK Amazon yet and is only available on pre-order on US Amazon, but has to be cool, a merge of two favourite activities, blogs and reading crime fiction.
Of course, GOB saying he was disappointed not to be included has made me go and look at his book on Amazon too -- and I've now got that on my list. That makes about 120 pages of books in my Amazon books basket (you, Frank, and Dave Lull are to blame for at least some of those).
Well, I've always said I saw my job as being to encourage reading. At least I'm succeeding with you, Maxine! Unfortunately, I don't think needed any encouragement.
