Though we may have differing opinions on the best breakfast cereal, I do have to agree with Nige on
using books to pretend to be the person we wish we were. This explains the copy of
Freakonomics that resided on my bookshelf during freshman year of college. While an informal poll of my friends revealed that, yes, it
did make me look smarter, none mentioned how intelligent they found me when they discovered that I'd only ever read half.
