A conspiracy theory ...

... I can live with (and may have no choice): As Rove falls, knives sharpen and evil numbers rule!

I have to say I've suspected as much.

How bout this conspiracy theory-"Again, the devil took HIM onto a very high mountain, showed HIM all the lands of the world and their glory, 9 and said to HIM, 'I will give all these things to you, if, bowing to the ground, you worship me.'"
Hmm..., of course, there's nothing to worry about.
"Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

Admittedly there's no need to go forming elaborate conspiracy theories, is there? The truth is staring us in the face.

Don't trust that guy? Looks like he's got some very sinister ideological background? Better vote for the other guy?
    Oops, all out of luck.

  3. Karl Rove - Hero? - Bush's brain? - Great political mind? - Republican political attack dog?

Who knows. I know he's one of the members of the Presidential administration that has brought us:

    1. WMDs in Iraq (AKA the lies that sold preemptive war as an American policy).

    2. Domestic Spying - AKA a country at war enough to curtail our rights but not at war enough to secure our borders.

    3. Contempt of Congress - AKA a policy of presidential executive privilege that any monarch anywhere in the world would envy.

    4. Abu Graib - AKA a sadistic interpretation of the Geneva conventions and the resultant ''water boarding' and 'electrode applications' that such interpretations lead to.

    -------

And I know there are those (including Karl Rove?) who will question my sanity and my patriotism for my perceptions. What can I say? I only have my eyes, my ears and my father's teachings of what is right and what is wrong to go on.

And none of that has anything to do with Karl Rove, right? Well then, who does it have to do with? I want that guy's name. There's a bunch of us who want to know THAT guy's name.

  5. Gee, Frank, evil Glenn? Well, if you say so ..

Evil ol' Glenn's just a pawn?
Trying to hold back the dawn
    of a new Demo age
    being brought to the stage
    'cause Repubs do everything wrong?

John seems hung up on Yale. Me, I thought I was hung up on some nameless dude.

    Karl Rove's a political hack
    known for his Republican knack
    of lies to the voters
    'bout John and swift boaters
    and weapons our enemies lacked.
