Thank you. If someone had told me when i began my blog, nearly 3 years ago, that more than a handful of people would ever read it (and those my 'real life' friends), i would have burst into uncontrollable laughter.
I won't visit it again after going there once and seeing pornographic pictures posted on it, which aren't my cup of tea.
I do occasionally read his (no doubt intentionally) provocotive rants in the comments to Bryan Appleyard's blog, for example his recent racist comments on part of the population of north east england, can't say I find them edifying or amusing.
I missed those, Maxine, and would not have found them edifying or amusing, either. But - and I say this from a distance of several thousand miles - he does say what is on his mind and so I feel I am getting something unvarished from him.
