Talk synchronicity. Just yesterday I (again) recommended Lewis's A Grief Observed to a close friend in that awful stage of it, the one that leaves the one not affected feeling nearly as devastated as the one afflicted. I don't think I've recommended any book more than I have this one (unless, of course, it's A Course in Miracles). There's a brief entry on the Lewis book at Wikipedia, BTW, FYI (if you're cyber-cruisin' and can take the browser time to double-park on the cy-fly-by).
