I am a slow reader (though, once involved in a book, the pace can pick up considerably). I think this has something to do with my having been a manuscript editor. I can still read a book through and pretty much remember where in the book and where on the page a particular passage can be found. This is very useful when you're editing, especially if you come upon something contradicts or repeats something that came earlier. But I know this about Sarah: She was one of my best and most reliable reviewers.
