It wasn't Bryan's post that I missed. He only wrote that yesterday. I missed his article about Arthur de Vany and his diet. I do a lot of what it recommends already, but I've been eating more carbs than I had been - they're so convenient. I already exercise only when I feel like it and only for as long as I enjoy it. I already skip meals and usually don't eat anything until hours after I get up. So the carbs will have to go and we'll see what happens.
