I knew Roy Tobias and liked him a lot. He was a truly civilized man. After his parents died, I lived one summer in the house in Germantown he grew up in until it was sold. That's where I found my cat Pandora (of happy memory). I hadn't seen him in years and just happened upon this obituary.
